You can now repay your Fido credit directly through WhatsApp making it even easier and more convenient to stay on top of your payments.
How It Works
- Start a chat with Fido on WhatsApp.
- From the menu, select “Repay.”
- Confirm your identity using your phone number and date of birth (DOB).
- Enter the amount you want to repay.
- You’ll receive a mobile money payment prompt on your phone.
- Approve the payment using your MoMo PIN.
Once completed, you’ll receive a message confirming whether your payment was successful or not.
