Keeping track of your credit balance is quick and easy with the Fido App.
To view your outstanding balance, simply log in to the Fido App. On the Home Page, you’ll see your scheduled repayment amount displayed. You can also tap on the Credit Page to view full details of your active credit, including the amount due and your repayment schedule.
If you would like to repay your credit before the scheduled date, tap the “Pay Back” button on either the Home Page or the Credit Page next to your credit details. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with your payment.
On the next screen, select the “Full Payment” option to see the total amount required to completely settle your credit as of today. This amount reflects your current outstanding balance.
