Do I need to make any payments at the MAXBUY Pick-Up Station?

No, you don’t need to make any payments when collecting your device at the MAXBUY Pick-Up Station.

The MAXBUY staff will only confirm your identity and order details before handing over your package. Just make sure to bring a valid ID and your pick-up code. You’ll receive the code via SMS, or you can find it in the Fido App under Order Details once your order status shows "Ready for pick-up".
