  • Call us on 0596-922-420. You can also dial *998# and select Option 5 to file a complaint.
  • Alternatively, you can send an email to info@fido.money.

Once we receive your request, a Fido customer support representative will contact you to guide you through the next steps. You’ll be provided with the necessary documents to complete for the claim processing.
