Why do I need a PIN code to use the Fido App?

The security of our customer's data and Account is important to us. As the first layer of protection, we require you to create a 4-digit PIN during the registration process. This is meant to prevent unauthorized access to your Fido Account and will be required each time you need to log in to the Fido App.


Remember that this PIN is personal and should not be shared with anyone; not even with a Fido employee or trusted friends/relatives.
