Steps to Close Your EasySave Account
- Withdraw Your Balance - To close your EasySave account, simply withdraw all your funds using the Fido app. Once your balance reaches zero, your account will automatically close.
- Reopening Your EasySave Account - If you wish to reopen your EasySave account, you can do so up to three times within a calendar month.
- Cooling-Off Period - After exhausting your three reopen attempts in a month, you will need to wait for a cooling-off period of one month before you can open another EasySave account.
Important Notes
Any accrued interest will be included in your final withdrawal before closure.
Once your EasySave account is closed, you will no longer have access to your savings history. If you wish to save again in the future, you can always open a new EasySave account through the Fido app.
