Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have the opportunity to cancel your order. Fido will contact you after your order is placed to confirm details and get your approval before proceeding. This is your chance to confirm or cancel the order.

  • Before Confirmation: You can cancel your order freely at this point.
  • After Confirmation: If you decide to cancel after confirming the order, do not collect the device from the pickup location. Orders not collected within 5 days of arrival will be automatically canceled.
