What happens if I don’t receive my top-up?

At Fido, we do our best to process every Top-Up quickly. But sometimes, a request may not be approved. Here’s what to know:

Why a Top-Up Might Not Go Through
If your request isn’t approved, don’t worry—it happens for a few reasons. The app will always give you feedback to explain what went wrong.

Check Your Feedback in the App
After submitting your request, open the Fido App to see the status. If it wasn’t approved, you’ll find clear guidance on what to do next so you can fix the issue and try again.
