Why don't I have a Fido Score?

Your Fido Score is assigned after you complete the initial process to calculate it. Once generated, you can view your Fido Score by scrolling down on the Home Page of the Fido App. To improve your score, follow the instructions in the Fido Score section and select "Let’s Go" to provide additional financial and personal information.

Why You May Not See a Fido Score Yet

If you don’t see your Fido Score, here are some possible reasons:

  1. Incomplete verification: Your initial Fido Score is based on the information you provide during your account registration. If you’re new to the Fido app, we might not have enough information to generate a score just yet. As you build your financial profile and complete your verification, your score will become available.
  2. Technical or data reporting issues: Occasionally, technical issues or data reporting delays may prevent your Fido Score from appearing. If you believe your score should be available but isn’t showing, try refreshing the app or contact Fido customer support for assistance. 
  3. Privacy or Opt-Out Settings: Depending on your privacy settings, you may have opted out of having a Fido Score calculated. If you’ve adjusted these settings in the past, check your phone settings to ensure that your preferences allow for score generation. Fido requires such permissions such as access to your camera, location and contacts to complete your account registration and verification process. These permissions enable us to verify your identity and confirm the details provided are accurate.
