Why do I need a reference?

As part of the registration process, we ask you to provide a reference. This is someone we can reach out to if we’re unable to contact you directly. This reference serves as an additional point of contact to help us maintain reliable communication.


Please note that your reference is not a guarantor and does not hold any responsibility for your account or transactions. They’re simply there to support us in case we need an alternate way to get in touch.
