Choosing Your Reference
Your first reference should be a trusted individual, such as a family member, who is easy to reach. The second reference should be a friend or another trusted person who can vouch for your character and financial reliability. Make sure they’re aware of their role as a point of contact—this helps us connect smoothly if needed.
What Your Reference Is Not
Your reference is not a guarantor and does not hold any responsibility for your account or transactions. They’re simply a secondary contact to help us reach you if needed. If you’re applying for FidoBiz and already have personal credit, please provide new references that are different from those used for your personal credit. This helps keep your business and personal information separate and organized.
Can I Change My Reference?
At the moment, it’s not possible to change your reference. However, if this feature becomes available in the future, we’ll be sure to notify you.
