Need Help? Here’s How to Contact Fido

Fido offers a variety of support channels to ensure you can easily get assistance whenever needed. Below are the available support channels options:

1. Live Chat via the Fido App

Connect with a customer support agent directly through the live chat feature on the Fido app.

2. Social Media

Please note that all our official social media pages are verified with a 'blue tick'. We are not on Telegram, so be cautious of impersonators.

3. Email

Send your inquiries or concerns to info.gh@fidocredit.com for prompt assistance.

4. Submit a ticket through the Fido App

You can submit your concerns or feedback by raising a ticket in the ‘Help Center’ section of the Fido App under your profile page.

5. Phone

Call us at 0596922420 to speak with a customer care representative. If the representative is unavailable, you can request a callback by following the steps below.

Callback Request via USSD for registered Fido customers

  • If you cannot reach a customer care agent directly, you can request a callback using the following steps:
  • Dial *998#
  • Select option 1 to enter your 4-digit Fido PIN code
  • Select Option 5: Customer Support
  • Select Option 1: Request a call
  • You have requested for a callback. For a faster response, please use the Fido App live chat or select Option 1 to proceed with callback

After following the above steps above, a customer support representative from Fido will contact you as soon as possible to assist you. 

Unregistered Fido customers can request a callback using the following steps:

  • Dial *998#
  • Select Option 3 Have questions?
  • Select Option 3 Contact us
  • You will be directed to call our customer service number or send us an email and you will also be sent an SMS with our customer support number and email address.

Using this channel is completely free for all Fido customers. There are no hidden fees or charges; it's a cost-free option designed for your convenience. Take advantage of this service with confidence, knowing it won't add to your expenses.

6. Office Location

For in-person assistance, you can visit us at our office in Osu, Accra, located on Julius Nyerere Street, opposite the Police Headquarters and adjacent to the SSNIT Guest House. Our support team is available during business hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. We're committed to providing prompt and effective assistance for any challenges or questions you may have.
