How to Manage Your Communication Settings with Fido

At Fido, we want you to have control over the communications you receive from us. Whether you’re interested in hearing about our latest updates and promotions or prefer fewer messages, we make it simple for you to manage your preferences.

Opting Out of Marketing and Promotional Communications

If you prefer not to receive marketing and promotional messages from Fido, you can opt out during the phone number entry process. Just follow these steps:

  1. Opting Out of SMS: Dial *998*13# on your phone to opt out of receiving Fido promotional SMS messages.
  2. Unsubscribing from Emails: To unsubscribe from emails, open any promotional mail you’ve received from us, scroll to the bottom, and click the "Unsubscribe" button to stop receiving marketing communications.
  3. Managing Your Preferences: You can opt out of emails while still receiving SMS, or choose to receive emails only. Depending on your preference, you can also opt out of both communication channels.

What If I Can’t Log In to the Fido App?

If you're unable to access the app to manage your preferences, you can use the options mentioned above to opt out of SMS and emails. If you've already opted out but are still receiving SMS, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
