Log In with Your Fido PIN
You’ll need:
- Your registered mobile number
- Access to your SIM card to receive a one-time password (OTP)
- Your Fido PIN
Steps to log in
- Enter Your Registered Mobile Number: Use the mobile number you registered with Fido to start the login process.
- Enter Your OTP: We’ll send a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to your mobile number. Enter the code in the app to verify your identity.
- Enter Your PIN: Finally, enter your secret PIN for the Fido App to complete the login.
Important: Make sure your mobile number is active and on the device you’re using so you can receive the OTP.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll have full access to your Fido account and all available services.
