Requesting your Telecel statement has been made a lot easier. Ensure the name on your Telcel statement is same as the name on your registered mobile number in the Fido App. Follow the steps below to request your statement from Telecel.

Steps to Request/View Statement in Telecel Play App: - Open the App: Open the Telecel Play app on your smartphone.
- Log In: Log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Telecel Cash: Select the Telecel Cash option in the app.
- Request Statement: Select "Account Statement" or "Transaction History".
- Filter Date Range: Select the specific period for which you need the statement.
- View History/Statement: Locate the option to view your transaction history or "statement" to see your recent transactions.
The Telecel Statement must be in PDF format and must be from the last two months.
| - Dial *110# on the subscriber number
- Select option 6, My Account
- Select option 2, My Statements
- Select option 2, for long statement request
- You will receive a prompt to enter and confirm your email as well
- You enter the Start Date of request (60 days max)
- You enter the End Date of request (Date should not be later than current date)
- Confirm request with 1
- Receive your Telecel Statement in the email provided within few minutes
The Telecel Statement must be in PDF format and must be from the last two months.
| Telecel Wholesale Self-Service Portal (Business) - If you are a wholesale merchant, use the dedicated web portal:
- Login: Go to the Telecel Wholesale Self Service Portal.
- Navigate to Statement: Go to /app/account-statement.
- Select Account: Choose the specific account number.
- Filter Details: Choose the period for which you want to view all transactions and click "Filter"
The Telecel Statement must be in PDF format and must be from the last two months.
