You can easily update your email address directly in the Fido App.
To change your email address:
- Go to the Profile Page in the Fido App
- Under your phone number, locate your current email address
- Tap the pen icon next to the email address
- Enter your new email address
- Select “Verify Now”
Once completed, a verification email will be sent to your new email address with instructions on how to complete the verification process.
Important Things to Know
Updating an email address that has already been verified will not increase your Fido Score. The update only changes the email address we use to communicate important account information, updates, and offers to you.
To avoid verification issues:
- Always type your email address manually
- Avoid using autofill suggestions where possible
- Ensure there are no spaces before or after your email address
If you do not receive the verification email, remember to check your spam or junk folder.
