I am already a Fido customer, how do I apply

If you're already using Fido then you are eligible to apply. You must have a minimum Fido Score of 277 to be eligible. Please follow these steps apply:

  1. Log in to the Fido App using your credentials (phone number and PIN).
  2. On the home page, click on the “Want More Money?” banner in the app.
  3. Click on "Upload" to submit your MTN or Telecel statement.
  4. Select your MTN or Telecel statement from your device (ensure it is in PDF format).
  5. Receive system feedback (Approved, Rejected, or Pending).
  6. You may be prompted to upload additional documents to qualify for a higher offer.
  7. For each document set selected, you will be presented with a dropdown menu to upload the required files.

Once you've uploaded the documents, our team will review them promptly. You'll receive a notification within a few minutes regarding the status of your application. 

Remember that the only way to apply for credit is through the Fido App (it's absolutely free). This process cannot be influenced by any individual. You should not pay money to anyone under any circumstances to get credit with Fido. Fido will never ask for a form of cash deposit before processing your credit application.
