How to request and upload your MTN statement?

Requesting for your mobile money statement has been made a lot easier! Simply make sure that you request the statement using the same wallet number that you used to register in the Fido app. Then, follow the steps below to request your statement.

To upload your MTN statement; log into your Fido account and kindly follow the procedure:

Go to your Profile, then to Fido score.
Select "add financial information"
Next, select MTN Statement and add your MTN statement.

Dial *170#
Select option 6 my wallet
Select option 5 statement
Select option 1 statement request
Enter your MM PIN code
Enter valid email address
Confirm email address
Enter start Date of Request (Day Month Year)
Enter end Date of Request ( Day Month Year)
Receive your Momo statement in the email provided within 10 minutes

The MTN statement must be in PDF format and must be from the last three months.
