If you’re having trouble logging in to your Fido Account, don’t worry, we’re here to help! Check the following to make sure everything is correct:
- Check Your Mobile Number: Make sure you’ve entered the same number you used when registering your Fido Account.
- Enter the OTP Correctly: Ensure you type the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS. If you don’t receive it, you can request to resend the OTP.
