Why didn't I receive a verification email?

When verifying your email address on the Fido App, a verification email will be sent with instructions on how to complete the process.

If you have not received the email, here are a few things to check:

  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly. We recommend typing it manually instead of using autofill suggestions.
  • Make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address.
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as verification emails may sometimes be filtered there.
  • Review any messages or prompts displayed in the Fido App after submitting your email, as they may indicate an issue with the email entered.

To protect your account:

  • Never share your OTP, password, or account details with anyone.
  • Fido representatives will never ask for sensitive account information through calls, SMS, or email.
  • Always contact Fido using our official communication channels only.

If you receive any suspicious messages claiming to be from Fido, do not share your information and report it immediately.
