If you’re eligible for the document-upload option, you can submit one of the following:
- MTN statement
- Telecel statement
- Bank statement
Your document must:
- Be in PDF format
- Show your most recent transactions
- Include your full name
Please make sure the document is clear and all the required information can be easily read before uploading it.
