You can easily find your pick-up code in two ways:
- Via SMS: Fido will send you the code directly to your phone through an SMS.
- Fido App: Once your order status changes to "Ready for pick-up" in the Fido app, you can find the code in your order details.
Keep your code safe. You’ll need it, along with a valid ID, to collect your device at the pick-up station.
