Fido currently offers pick-up only at MAXBUY pick-up stations. Delivery is coming soon! You can select to pick up your device from any of the 34 MAXBUY pickup locations across Ghana - choose the one most convenient for you! You’ll receive an SMS and a notification in the Fido App when your device is ready for pickup at your selected MAXBUY pick-up location. It usually takes about 3 working days for your device to arrive at the pick-up location. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way after you place your order.
When you go to pick up your device, bring a valid ID and the pickup code that Fido will send you via SMS or you can find it within the Fido app under order details (when the order status is "Ready for pick-up").
Note: Currently, Fido requires you to pick up your phone in person. Someone else cannot collect it on your behalf.
