How do I update my personal information on my Fido account?

The new Fido App does not currently offer a feature to edit your account information. However, if you wish to receive your funds in a different account, we’ve got you covered with simple ways to manage your account effectively.

Managing Your Payment Methods

A. Add a Payment Method:

  1. Head to the “My Account” section in your profile.
  2. Scroll down to “Payment Methods” and tap the ‘+ Add’ button.
  3. Enter your new wallet number. Make sure it’s active, registered in your name, and matches the name on your Ghana Card.

B. Set a Default Payment Method: Want to make sure payments go to the right account? Just tap the payment method you prefer and set it as your default. Easy!

C. Remove a Payment Method: Need to remove a payment method? Tap on the one you’d like to delete and follow the on-screen steps.

Note: If you’ve lost the SIM card linked to your account or wish to use a different number, you can; register with a New Number: Open the Fido App and follow the registration process using your new number. Ensure your new number is active and registered under your name.
