Can I use someone else's wallet number as a payment method?

No, you cannot use an account or mobile money wallet that is not registered in your name as a payment method in the Fido App. Your payment method must match the name on your Ghana Card to be approved.

If you attempt to add a mobile money wallet that is not registered in your Ghana Card name, it will be declined. Even if the wallet number bears your name, it must exactly match the details on your Ghana Card to be accepted.

To avoid issues, always ensure that the wallet you add is fully registered in your name as it appears on your Ghana Card. If your payment method is declined despite meeting these conditions, please contact customer support for assistance.
