For your security and protection, you can only use a mobile money wallet that is fully registered in your own name when making payments in the Fido App.
This means the name on the wallet must exactly match the name on your Ghana Card. For example, if your Ghana Card shows your full name, the wallet details must reflect the same name without differences or variations.
If you try to add a wallet that is not registered in your name, or the details do not match your Ghana Card, the payment method will not be approved.
To avoid any issues, please ensure that:
- The wallet belongs to you
- It is registered in your full legal name
- The name matches your Ghana Card exactly
