I did not receive my OTP on my phone, what should I do?

You should receive your One-Time-password (OTP) shortly after submitting your mobile number in the app. Be sure to check that you have entered your mobile number correctly. If you did not receive the OTP after waiting for more than a minute, you can request a new OTP code using the ‘resend code’ button that appears on the verification screen.

If you are still not successful after several attempts, please contact Fido Customer Support.
