How do I top-up?

To top-up from the app, kindly login to the Fido App and select your preferred top-up option;

 AIRTIME TOP-UP

  1. Select “Airtime” on the homepage
  2. Select the recipient's mobile network (MTN, Vodafone or AirtelTigo)
  3. Enter the number where you would like to receive the airtime. You can choose to use your own number, which will autofill with your registered main phone number. Alternatively, you can select a number from your contacts if you are buying airtime for someone else. 
  4. Enter top-up amount
  5. Choose payment method and confirm
  6. Kindly enter your momo pin to authorize payment

DATA TOP-UP

  1. Please select “Data” on the homepage
  2. Enter the number where you would like to receive the data bundle
  3. Select a data bundle from one of the categories
    • Most Popular
    • No expiry
    • Time expiry
  4. Choose payment method and confirm
  5. Kindly enter your momo - pin to authorize payment

PAY BILLS

  1. Please select Pay bills on the homepage
  2. Select a service to pay
    • DStv
    • GOtv
    • StarTimes
  3. Enter the account number to be paid
  4. Confirm recipient's account name and account number displayed and enter top up amount
  5. Add note (optional) and select “Next”
  6. Choose payment method and confirm
  7. Kindly enter your momo pin code to authorize payment
