Requesting your mobile money statement and bank statement has been made a lot easier! Simply make sure that you request the statement using the same wallet number that you used to register in the Fido app. Then, follow the steps below to request your statement from your network service provider or bank.

To generate your mobile money (momo) statement using the MTN portal, please follow the steps below:
Initiate the portal by accessing it.
Input your mobile number to receive a one-time password (OTP).
Provide the necessary information as prompted within the portal.
Submit the required documents by uploading them as instructed.
Input your mobile number (e.g., 02XXXXXXXX)
Provide the necessary information as prompted within the portal.

After submitting your Documents on the portal:
Dial *170#
Select option 6 (my wallet)
Select option 5 (statement)
Select option 2 (My Agent or Merchant statement)
Enter your merchant PIN code
Enter your email address to receive the statement
Enter statement period perimeters (180 days max) required
Confirm the merchant number
Receive Your Momo statement in the email provided within 10 minutes
Dial *170#
Select option 6, my wallet
Select option 5, statement
Select option 1, statement request
Enter your MM PIN code
Enter a valid email address to receive statement
Confirm email address
Select option 3, specify date
Enter the start date of the request (day, month, year).
Enter the end date of the request (day, month, year).
Receive your Momo statement in the email provided within 10 minutes
Log in to your online banking or App account using your username and password. If you haven't enrolled yet, you may need to sign up for it.
Look for a section or tab labeled "Statements" or "Account Statements." This is often found in the main menu or dashboard of your online banking interface.
Choose the specific bank account for which you need a statement. If you have multiple accounts, ensure you select the correct one.
Select the time period for the bank statement you want.
Depending on your bank's platform, you may have the option to either view the statement directly on the website or download it in a PDF or other format
If you downloaded the statement, you can save it to your computer or phone. Some banks also offer the option to receive statements via email.
