  1. Check the feedback in your Fido App – You’ll receive specific reasons for the rejection and guidance on how to proceed.
  2. Update your documents – If required, you can upload additional supporting documents to improve your creditworthiness.
  3. Apply for personal credit – If you're ineligible for a Fido Biz credit, you may still qualify for a personal credit.
