Can I change my wallet number after initial registration?

Yes you can always change your wallet number in the Fido app. Follow the steps below to change your wallet number:

Steps to Change Your Wallet Number:

Ensure ID Verification is Complete (Confirm that you have completed the ID verification process. This step is required to manage payment methods).

Log in to Your Account

  • Access your profile by logging into your account.

Navigate to "My Account"

  • Go to the "My Account" section located on your profile page.

Manage Payment Methods

  • If you have not added any payment methods yet:
  • You will see an option to set up a new payment method.
  • Select the "+ Add" button at the bottom of the page to add a new payment method.

Enter the New Wallet Details

  • Provide the details of your new mobile money wallet.
  • Ensure the wallet is active, registered in your name, and that all details are entered correctly.

Save Changes

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and save the changes.

By following these steps, your new wallet number will be changed successfully.
