How do I request for an MTN momo statement through the MTN momo App?

Requesting your mobile money statement has been made a lot easier! Simply make sure that you request the statement using the same wallet number that you used to register in the Fido app. Then, follow the steps below to request your statement from the MTN service provider

  • Launch MyMTN App
  • Select MoMo feature
  • Select Statement
  • Enter PIN
  • Enter OTP
  • View statement

  • Dial *170# on the subscriber number
  • Select option 6, My Wallet 
  • Select option 5, Statement
  • Select option 2 and follow prompts to select My Agent or Merchant Statement
  • The accounts paired to the number are displayed for you to select the preferred account
  • You will receive a prompt to enter and confirm your email as well.
  • You enter the Start Date of request (90 days max)
  • You enter the End Date of request (Date should not be later than current date)
  • Confirm request with 1
  • Receive your Momo statement in the email provided within 10 minutes

  • Dial *170#
  • Select option  6, my wallet
  • Select option  5, statement
  • Select option  1, statement request
  • Enter your MM PIN code
  • Enter a valid email address to receive statement
  • Confirm email address
  • Enter the start date of the request (day, month, year).
  • Enter the end date of the request (day, month, year).
  •  Receive your Momo statement in the email provided within 10 minutes
