If you are an existing Fido customer, kindly follow these steps to Join FidoBiz:
- Log in to the Fido App using your credentials (phone number and PIN).
- At the top of the home page, you will see a FidoBiz banner (eligible customers only)… select “Join Now” to begin.
- Select and upload the relevant document set.
- For each document set you select, you will be presented with a dropdown menu to upload files.
- Select continue to upload a document by selecting from files on your device or taking a photo.
- Next, answer some business questions. After uploading the documents, complete the KYB. This is to know and evaluate your business.
Once you've uploaded the documents, our team will review them promptly. You'll receive a notification within 2 business days regarding the status of your application.
Remember that the only way to apply for credit is through the Fido App (it's absolutely free). This process can not be influenced by any individual. You should not pay money to anyone under any circumstances to get credit with Fido. Fido will never ask for a form of cash deposit before processing your credit application.
