How to Opt In or Out of Fido Promotional Messages

At Fido, we want you to have control over the communications you receive from us. Whether you’re interested in hearing about our latest updates and promotions or prefer fewer messages, we make it simple for you to manage your preferences.

Opting Out of Marketing and Promotional Communications

If you prefer not to receive marketing and promotional messages from Fido, you can opt out during the phone number entry process. Just follow these steps:

  1. During Phone Number Entry: When you enter your phone number in the Fido app, you’ll see a checkbox that allows you to opt out of marketing and promotional communications.
  2. Select the Checkbox: If you don’t want to receive marketing messages, simply check this box to complete the opt-out process.

Changing Your Preference After Login

If you’ve opted out but later decide you’d like to receive updates on our latest offers, you can easily opt back in:

  1. Look for the Bottom Sheet Notification: After logging into the Fido app, you may see a bottom sheet notification encouraging you to reconsider opting back into marketing messages.
  2. Tap to opt Back In: Simply tap the prompt to change your preference and start receiving marketing and promotional messages from Fido again.
