Fido allows you to purchase only one device on credit at a time. Once you've completed paying off your first device, you'll be eligible to buy another one on credit.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your pick-up location after the approval process is complete. However, we can help you cancel the order during our confirmation call and allow you to reorder with the correct pick-up location.
You can find your pick-up code in two ways: Via SMS: Fido will send you the code directly to your phone through an SMS. Fido App: Once your order status changes to "Ready for pick-up" in the Fido app, you can find the code in your order details.
