I tried to log in but was told I don’t have a Fido Account, why?

To log in to the Fido App, you should have already registered an Account with Fido. Kindly confirm you are logging in with the same mobile number you used to register your Fido Account. Using a different mobile number not linked to your Account will result in feedback that you don’t have a Fido Account.
